Terms of Service

These terms govern access to langfuse.lol and any paid subscription purchased through the site.
1. The service
langfuse.lol presents an AI engineering platform experience for LLM tracing, evaluation, prompt management, and observability. The public Act experience is a product demonstration and may not execute model workloads.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Plans and billing
Core, Pro, and Enterprise are monthly paid plans priced in US dollars. Stripe handles checkout, renewals, invoices, and payment methods. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
4. Subscription access
Clicking Act while signed in opens the Generate composer. Selecting Generate checks whether an active subscription exists. Accounts without an active plan are sent to Pricing. Active subscribers may enter the simulated queue.
5. Simulated queue
The queue shown on this site is a demonstration. It does not guarantee model execution, a completion time, or reserved compute. The displayed position and elapsed time are illustrative and may remain pending indefinitely.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe intellectual property, bypass authentication, interfere with the queue or payment flow, probe systems without permission, or submit malicious content.
7. Third-party services
Google provides authentication and Stripe provides payment processing. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. An interruption in a third-party service may affect sign-in or billing.
8. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel an active subscription from the billing settings page. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but charges already processed remain subject to the payment provider and applicable law.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or change features and these terms. Material updates will be reflected by the date on this page. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
